All reports, photographs, videos, and documentation produced by OnPoint remain the intellectual property of OnPoint until full payment has been received.
Upon receipt of full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive licence to use the deliverables for the purposes for which they were commissioned.
Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit OnPoint's deliverables without prior written consent.
OnPoint's liability in connection with any assignment is limited to the fees paid for that specific assignment.
OnPoint is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses arising from the use of our services or reliance on our reports.
OnPoint is not responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to access restrictions, third-party non-cooperation, or force majeure events.
Payment terms are as agreed in the quotation. OnPoint reserves the right to withhold delivery of reports or services until payment has been received.

Cancellation of a confirmed assignment must be made in writing. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of the assignment at the time of cancellation.
