All services are provided subject to a separate quotation and agreement between OnPoint and the client. These Terms apply in addition to any specific service agreement.

All quotations provided by OnPoint are valid for the period stated in the quotation. Acceptance of a quotation constitutes an agreement to proceed on the terms outlined.

OnPoint reserves the right to decline any assignment at its discretion.

Quotations are based on the information provided by the client. If the scope of work changes, OnPoint reserves the right to revise the quotation accordingly.

OnPoint provides independent, objective services. Our reports and findings represent our professional observations at the time of the assignment.

OnPoint is not responsible for decisions made by clients based on our reports. Clients are responsible for their own business decisions.

Our services do not constitute legal, financial, investment, or professional advice unless explicitly stated in writing.

OnPoint treats all client information and assignment details with strict confidentiality.

Reports prepared by OnPoint are created solely for the client who commissioned the assignment and should not be shared with third parties without appropriate authority.

Clients must not disclose OnPoint's proprietary methods, processes, or internal information to third parties.

All reports, photographs, videos, and documentation produced by OnPoint remain the intellectual property of OnPoint until full payment has been received.

Upon receipt of full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive licence to use the deliverables for the purposes for which they were commissioned.

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit OnPoint's deliverables without prior written consent.

OnPoint's liability in connection with any assignment is limited to the fees paid for that specific assignment.

OnPoint is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses arising from the use of our services or reliance on our reports.

OnPoint is not responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to access restrictions, third-party non-cooperation, or force majeure events.

Payment terms are as agreed in the quotation. OnPoint reserves the right to withhold delivery of reports or services until payment has been received.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by applicable law.

All fees are quoted in the currency stated in the quotation.

Cancellation of a confirmed assignment must be made in writing. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of the assignment at the time of cancellation.

OnPoint reserves the right to cancel an assignment if circumstances make it impractical or unsafe to proceed, with appropriate notice to the client.

While OnPoint takes reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of our reports and findings, we cannot guarantee that all information gathered during an assignment is complete or error-free.

Reports reflect conditions and observations at the time of the assignment. Conditions may change after the assignment has been completed.
